This is the king of all bacon cheeseburgers. These burgers are created by grinding USDA Prime Sirloin, Chuck, and Brisket meats with cheese and bacon. Every single bite will be filled with cheesy, bacony flavor. The Cut

• Full of flavor the Sirloin meat is cut is from top back portion of the animal just behind the Short Loin. 
• The Chuck contains parts of the arm blade, shoulder, and neck. 
• Brisket is cut from the lower chest area of the animal. 

• The USDA prime meat that is used to create our Bacon Cheeseburgers only comes from Midwestern, All-American farms. 
• We travel to each farm and hand pick each farm based on our strict New York Prime Meats Standard. 
• At New York  Prime Meats, the humane handling processes of the animals is just as important as the preparation and distribution processes.
